Refund policy

You have the right to return your order, or part of it, within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After notifying us of your return, you then have an additional 14 days to actually return the products. Once we have received your return, we will ensure that the full purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.

If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, and you meet the conditions, we may, under certain circumstances, arrange a full refund for you.

It may take approximately 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
