Shipping policy
Delivery Time: If you place your order on weekdays before 4:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. Please note that during holidays, it may take a bit longer for your package to be delivered.
What are the shipping costs? The shipping costs for your order are €6.95 within the Netherlands and Belgium. Additionally, we offer free shipping for orders over €50 in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
How is my package shipped? All packages are shipped via PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, so you know exactly when it will be delivered.
When can I expect my products? We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In 95% of cases, your order will be delivered the next business day.
- Netherlands: Order on weekdays before 4:00 PM, and your order will be shipped the same day.
- Belgium: Order on weekdays before 4:00 PM, and your order will be shipped the same day. (Orders placed on the weekend are processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday).
What if my Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything? If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received anything, first check the address provided in the order confirmation. If the address is correct, PostNL advises waiting until the next delivery day. Sometimes a package is marked as delivered when it hasn't been yet.
If your package has still not been delivered by the end of the next delivery day, please contact us, and we'll be happy to work with you to find a solution.
Why might it take longer sometimes? There are several reasons why your order might be delayed:
- Product availability: If an item is out of stock, this can delay shipping. This is always clearly indicated on the product page.
- Busy periods: During busy periods, such as around holidays, delivery times may be longer.
- Wadden Islands: If you live on one of the Wadden Islands, delivery may take one or two days longer.
- Holidays: On official holidays, there are no deliveries.
- Unforeseen circumstances: Occasionally, technical issues in our warehouse can lead to delays.
How can I track my order? Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. You can use this to track your package. Didn't receive an email? Please check your spam folder just in case.
Who delivers my package? Your order will be delivered by PostNL. PostNL handles all our package deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium.
